So i ordered 14 cartons of cigarettes from this guy in Colorado (i live in new york). I found his place on a website. He told me that he will ship the cigarettes right out and i was like cool. A little over a week passes and i still havent received my cigarettes so im like WTF? I call this guy up (seems he runs his business via his cell phone) and he ask him where my smokes r? He claims that he tracked it and that he will check it out and get back to me. like 3 hours later he calls me back and sais that the package was received on my end. I told him i didnt get anything (cause in fact i didnt). Well after a long discussion he told me i have 2 options. 1 to refund me the money and 2 to ship me another 14 cartons. I figured that maybe it got lost in the mail the first time and that the chances of it happening twice is remote. Also he was cool about it as well as gave me the 2 options so i told him to go ahead and ship me out another 14 cartons.
Well...... A week later and still nothing. I call him back up to find out the situation. He then tells me that he never shipped it out to me. I was like "What the fuck u mean u never shipped it out to me!!??". He sais that he figured i received the item the first time and thats why he didnt ship it. He told me that the first shippment was already received, but i had already told him that i never got the 1st 14 cartons. Well his response was i thought u got it and thats why i never shipped it out the second time. "So why the hell didnt u tell me this last week instead of making me wait another week for an item u decided not to ship"? again he tells me the same thing "i thought u got it the first time". This guy crazy or what? He sais he has the receipt from the postal service claiming that they deliverd it already. Well, i didnt get the package so u can take that peice of paper and wipe ur ass with it.
I got so fed up with this guy i was like screw this shit and hung up on him. So now im out 394 dollars due on my credit card next month and i dont have anymore cash to place another order. I figure its all my fault. I was trying to save a few dollars so i went with this future gas pumping shithead. Big mistake. Its obvious i will never do buisiness with this cracker again.
I called up my credit card company and told them i want to dispute the sale so they will send me some papers that i need to fill out and send it back so they can do an investigation. Its gonna take quite some time to get the results.
Sorry for this post but i rarely type this kinda stuff and i just wanted to heave this out into the open. I am so pissed right now i feel like flying down there and cracking some bone mainly cause of the fact he wasted my time and money. Has anyone gone through something similar? Ohh and if anyone orders cigarettes online.... makes ure its not from "UP-In-smokes"
